A. Power Module

We provide the multi-channel test frame that can operate OLED and Micro LED power in various control modes

Data such as current and voltage values can be collected, and I/V characteristics of OLED and Micro LED be measured

Feature

  • The channel can be controlled for 32Ch(Micro LED) or 64Ch(OLED), supporting 4 operation modes(PV, PC, CC, CV).
  • Voltage and current accuracy: ±0.1%, 1 ㎂ ~20㎃(OLED); ±0.1%, 100㎀~1㎃(Micro LED) current controllable
  • Light intensity can be measured(Photodiode)

B. Power Generator

TFT power supply unit for lighting inspection of Display Panel

In addition to detecting basic defects, it is possible to set the parameter standard for the resistance characteristics
in the non-luminous area and the changes in resistance due to impurities through the measurement of leakage current that causes progressive defects
